VILEBREQUIN provides 30 Days Free Returns for eligible items. To make sure your return can be reviewed and accepted, you must contact our customer service team before sending anything back.

Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item should meet the return conditions below:

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• The item is in its original condition with tags, labels, and packaging where applicable.
• Swimwear should be returned with any original protective or hygiene liners intact where applicable.
• The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return. This may include:

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, or hygiene protection where applicable.
• Items marked final sale, clearance final sale, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Cost

VILEBREQUIN offers free return shipping for eligible returns under our 30 Days Free Returns service. Free returns must be started through customer service so the correct return instructions can be provided.

Please do not send your return to any address until our customer service team has confirmed the return details. We do not display a fixed return address on this page.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, VILEBREQUIN will review the return condition and process the refund if the item meets the policy requirements.

Refund processing time is 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. The time it takes for the refund to appear may also depend on your payment provider.
